unable to start recording

I work for a university radio station, I manage the technical part. here is my problem

we are using Mairlist 6.3 under windows 10 with a Studer OnAir 1500.

when I run the software an error code appears, I have not found a solution.
nothing fits in the encoder

Regarding the problem, in the encoder nothing fits, whether it is a icecast server or just record on the local computer

In Win 10 1803 Build 17134.1 Microsoft have made a significant (undocumented) change in sound card handling with the April Update. You will now need to select PC Settings -> PRIVACY -> Microphone and TURN ON “Allow apps to access your microphone”. The “Allow apps to access your microphone” now means “Allow apps to use sound devices for input”. i have change my setup now now the error is this…

I have test on Audacity the same Input and the record work… i don’t understand why nothing enter on the Mairlist’s encoder with the same input…
