Sample buffer lost BASS 4 error - mairlist 4.3

Hi,

I’m using mAirlist 4.3 and recently it started freezing because of the error in the title: “Sample buffer lost BASS error 4”. It seems to happen randomly, everything is fine, it plays through a playlist for a few hours and then it suddenly stops playing (I have mAirlist set up with 4 carts). Does anyone have any suggestions?

Unfortunately, there is no official support for mAirList v4.x any longer.

2020: Support ends for v4.x

The official support for mAirList 4.x will end by December 31st, 2019. This area of our support forum will be moved to the archive, where you can still read the old threads. Thank you.

Maybe someone of the other users can help you.
I kindly ask for your understanding that v4.x is too long ago for me so I can’t remember some problems with this version.

Activation Server Changes September 2019

Hello, due to changes in the internal server structures, and finally implementing the GDPR requirement to use encrypted connections all over the place, we are changing the server addresses that are used by the activation and license retrieval functions in the License Manager built into your software products. Since the addresses of our licensing servers have changed, a license reset would cause errors. With the actual v4 version you can avoid that.

Thank you so much for your reply! I wasn’t aware that my version is so out of date…I will look into upgrading it.
