I have looked into customizing the look of mAirList, but I can’t find that particular skin.ini (layout.ini) file anywhere.
Can anyone help me how I can customize the look?

Did you checked folder C:\ProgramData\mAirList\6.3\config? Normally, there you can find the required ini-files to create your own skin. Otherwise start Layout Designer, create you design. It will save the ini-files at the mentioned location.
