mAirList’s Hardware ID will change when you reinstall Windows, even on the same computer.

Torben, the Hardware ID will not only Change when you reinstall the System.
I have had some issues regarding the Hardware IDs after installing Software packagaes that dig deep into Windows. The first Change was after I installed the Windows Media Center for Windows 8, the second was after reinstalling the Internet Explorer. It seems that either Windows is randomly switching the Hardware ID or my copy is Buggy.
in any case, can anyone take a look into this?

I have very little experience with Windows 8 and the HWID algorithm yet.
If you think that the ID changes unexpectedly, can you please save a copy of the “hwid.txt” file (hardware information in clear text), then wait until the ID changes again, then save the file again, and send me both files so I can compare them.
The hwid.txt file can be generated from License Manager - right-click the Hardware ID field at the bottom of the dialog and select “Save” from the popup menu.
