Voicetracking "Unauthorized"

Hello,

I try the DBServer from my house.
When i do voicetracking, i have a error when i clic on Start import i have a message "… Unauthorized …
I can see the db, navigate, listen audio and play playlist…
I have delete user, recreating user, i create admin rights, manager rights or DJ rights… same issue.
If i save the playlist, i see the voicetrack in playlist but doesnt play. Database connection is ok if i clic test login.
I dont know why i have this error.

I i test from Mairlist 5, all is fine, only on version 6.

I tested this yesterday. I get the same error message. (Mairlist 6)

Is the message in a dialog with a “Details” button? If so, please send a bug report from there.

Ok, then please have a look at the log messages in the server, you should see the request with the 401 status code and the requested URL. I would like to know which URL that is.

I have uninstalled version 6, fresh download of 6.0.2 and reinstall > same error.

After the error message, i see my voicetrack in playlist windows on remote computer.
I clic save > if i go to the server > i see the voice track in playlist windows too BUT doesnt play, maybe a problem in paths ? Local > Server ?
In the version 5, all is ok without special configuration.

Is this the entire log of the upload process? I don’t think so. There should be PUT and POST messages for the playlist and voice track saving (or the attempt to do so).

For this example, i have clicked 3 times on “start upload” (the last 6 lines on the log maybe).

I don’t think the VT attempt is contained in this log…

I am experiencing the exact same problem but then when remotely adding music to the database, same error and nothing in the log on the server side.

Thanks for the Capture, Stefan, very helpful. Looks like the HTTP Auth info is missing in the POST request. I will investigate why this would happen.

Uploading build 3596, can you please check if this is solved now?

Just upgraded the server and client to 3598 and the problem is fixed :slight_smile: Thank Torben!
