I have since this morning a strange problem that the voice track recorder is notfunctioning . Whe we press on the micorfon normaly the recorder pops up .This is in the database and also in the pl;ayout . I have uodated mairlst to the latest version of 6…3
What can it be it is on my laptop what i have on location .

Noap the voicetrack button is not greayd out by the way, wben we press it nothing happend . This is the first time in all the years that this happens
Possibly you tried it from an SQL database client and the connection was not established?
Did you lose the VT role in the permissions?

I have tried it at home it is working again . Proberly a 4 G connection problem this morning . I am working at location . Proberly that causes the issue . What should be the max upload for a realible connection , it is in a outside area

Take it the other way round: 4G is anything but a reliable connection.
That’s true but it is outside area where we work a several days of the week . No fiber or cable connection be in that area
