Voice Tracking is now included in v4.1, in both Professional Studio and (for the personal users) Home Studio. For Professional Management, there will be a paid option to unlock it.
I don’t know how mAirList’s VT function compares to the 3rd party products you mentioned, because I have too little knowledge about those products and how VT works with them.
