When I try to do voice tracking there is annoying delay of my voice. It’s about 0.5secs or something.
( when I speak VT i can hear my own voice after small delay from my headphones and that is really annoying 
) , I Think problem is that I haven’t choosen correct audio routing for my VT mic.
If someone could check are those correct or not, if not how to change?
First of all, please throw the DirectSound settings overboard and set all points to WASAPI.

Please disable the Mic Monitor (I think, you can monitor your voice directly from the device).
In addition, I agree @Tondose. Even if this is not the reason for this problem in detail, DirectSound is outdated and should not longer be used. In some playout constellations it may cause some special kind of “hick-ups” at the end of an audio element.

I disabled Mic Monitor and changed to WASAPI all lines.
