Hi All
for some reason we are experiencing a strange problem.
When our presenters are Voice Tracking they often select the “Allow dragging items from the Cartwall” in the options menu on the main cartwall screen.
This works fine when Voice Tracking , But if they forget to UN-select this option it causes a Delay when the Cartwall Buttons are pressed in normal uses and sometimes need clicking Twice to fire. We only have this issue when the above dragging option is ticked.
Has anyone experienced this bug and found a way to fix it …?

Is there a way I can hide / remove the “Allow dragging items from the Cartwall” option to prevent presenters from using this feature?
It`s annoying our Live Presenters and would appreciate any help or advice.
