Torben,
Great deal on the new MixEditor feature!
Only almost no place on the screen left to combine.
May I suggest to make it available on another Monitor?
Thanks!
Ferry

I will consider it.
But I’m thinking about the possibility to have any screen object in its own window. Or maybe multiple main windows? Don’t know. Will take a while, anyway.
I saw the change in Snapshot - Build 3802
Still no change in background.
In my Skin.ini is:
[MixEditor]
BackgroundColor=#494343
Any idea?

Ferry
Hi Ferry,
Maybe you refer to the waveform colors in the [Waveform] section of skin.ini. These settings apply to the players and the Mix Editor
https://www.mairlist.com/dokuwiki/reference:skin.ini_reference#waveforms
The BackgroundColor setting in the [MixEditor] section does work, but it only applies to the MixEditor toolbar (and window) and is not the default background color in the waveform area of the Mix Editor.
One other suggestion is to set the button appearance similar to the playlist and player toolbar/buttons.
Like this:
[MixEditor]
BackgroundColor=#333333 (works)
ButtonUseGradient=on (doesn’t work yet)
ButtonColor=#333333 (doesn’t work yet)
ButtonGradientColor=#696969 (doesn’t work yet)
ButtonBorderColor=#1E1E1E (doesn’t work yet)
Button settings don’t work, yet, that’s true, needs some more effort which I haven’t had the time for
