These refer to the Insert drop-down button in the main toolbar.

The Playlist… item displays an Open Desktop dialog (!). :

There are two Container items (with different keyboard accelerator keys). The first Container item displays an Insert Files dialog (?); the second displays a Container dialog (as I would expect). Is this intentional? If so, I think the first item should be renamed Files as Container…, including the ellipsis (…) because clicking it does display a selection dialog.
