Update: Resolved - Online Shop Temporarily Offline

Online shop is operational again. All online sales are now handled by Paddle.

Hello,

due to issues with our current online sales partner, our online shop is currently not available (as of 2024-10-04).

We hope to resolve the issue in the next few days, so we can resume online sales of licenses again.

What you can do in the meantime

Offline ordering

We are able to sell licenses “offline”, by sending you a PDF invoice which you pay by SEPA bank transfer.

Unfortunately, due to tax collection requirements, we can only offer this if you are either a

  • customer (B2B or B2C) based in Germany, or a
  • customer (B2B only) inside EU with a valid EU VAT ID, or
  • customer (B2B only) outside EU, in a country that does not charge taxes for digital goods (we can check for you).

Please send your requests to sales@mairlist.com, providing the following information:

  • Full name or company name
  • Billing address
  • EU VAT ID (if applicable)
  • Your login (e-mail) for our customer area at https://account.mairlist.com, so whe know where to create the license. Please register before sending the request!

Extended trial licenses

If you cannot use offline ordering, we invite you to use or software on a trial license until we online shop is back online.

All of our product come with a free 30-day trial license, which yiou can activate through the License Manager built into the software.

If your trial period has expired, we can give you an extension. In that case, please send the 7-digit trial license number (displayed in the License Manager, starting with “10…”) to support@mairlist.com, and we will extend your trial period as soon as possible.
