I doubt it seriously. As far as I see the said product seems to be nothing more like a volume control for various computer programmes. If you suppose the meaning of „voicetracking“ as „recording off-air whilst broadcasting live“ you won’t get anywhere with that, as the device is completely lacking subgroups, obviously.
As a toy for your little son, yes, or (better) take your friend out for dinner for the money.
