Could you please download this freeware and test all of the output channels?
That’s how you can see which of them is the master output and if it works like intended:
(note: You can exclude the VoIP’s line-out by turning the “VoIP send” knob. When the output in-/devreases it’s the VoIP-channel.)

We had a power outage the other day. I am afraid this damaged the D&R Airlite (output), since none of the options is responding as being the master output:

In the end, the sound card of the Play Out PC turned out to be defective due to the power outage. New PC furnished and everything works like a charm again.
