Streammonitor background playlist

I use Stream Monitor to connect remotely to play a “live” program from another place on my mAirlist playout.
The generated playlist is running on the background.
My question:
Is it possible to listen to the playlist running in the background? The Stream Monitor normally overrides this. I want to route this signal to a another sound card.
