Ok, should actually be included. Have you tried to re-download the license file?
The re download of the licence file did the trick.

Similar issue to the OP here but I am working on a setup for another user using a trial licence. I thought I had been able to set up ST on a trial licence previously but its not appearing when you go to add it into the chain. V6.3.2 but had tried it on 6.3.3 also. Thanks in advance.
