setting preferred audio editor

How do I set my preferred audio editor ?
When I left-double-click on a track, then Audio File / Open in audio editor,
“Open in audio editor” is blanked out.

I am using version : 3.0.10 build 636, Community.

The audio editor integration is not implemented yet. Please ignore the button for the time being.
