Hi guys, anyone had this issue with database browser selection and (not) draging/loading into player?
Im using my mouse to select element from database and sometimes it behaves like i didnt select an element, and then it scrolls through whole db browser window like i want to select several of them. Heres the video. Im using v8 8036 edition. Please help. Thanks.
Hi @imilkovic , this is obviously the Layout Designer. Is there any special reason you don‘t use the Playout App instead?
The same happens in the playout app also.
I can see the selection rectangle popping up. This happens when you click empty space and then hold and move the mouse button.
Can you try if drag&drop works if you click the text of the items instead?
Ure right ! Users got used to drag’n’drop the “row” style like. This way it works but theyll have to adopt their habbits.
