Did the driver rollback solve the issue?
Something else that may help: in my set-up, the buffer in the M-Audio control panel is set to the maximum size: 2048 samples. Of course, this will increase the latency by 20ms or so, but it’s a non-issue provided you don’t monitor through the sound card. I don’t.
My audio performance is rock-solid.
