It is not uncommon for the ‘presenter’ to notice something about an audio file being played which should be reported to someone e.g. audio too quiet, out of date, wrong audio, contains unsuitable language etc.
Rather than sending notes or e-mails around the place would it be useful to ‘mark’ the audio for the attention of the ‘administrator’ from within mAirList perhaps with an indication of the fault? This could be implemented as another option ‘Report faulty audio’ (below ‘check for errors?) on the audio right click menu?
At a basic level the audio details and reported fault could be appended to a text file but I am sure that there are other reporting options….
