Is it valid for a playlistitem that wraps a stream to have a URL of the form:
rtmp://some.server/path/to/endpoint
When I try it I get “Bass_StreamCreateURL: can’t open the file (BASS Error 2)”. Is RTMP unsupported or do I, perhaps, need to add a BASS DLL file to the plugins set?
We’re running mAirList 6.x. All our installations render Icecast AAC and MP3 streams without flaw.
This seems to have been discussed several times in the German-language forums but, to my shame, my German doesn’t come even close to the mastery of English exhibited by German-speaking mAirList users. For some reason Google Translate produces a blank page when I ask it to help me out.
