Remote voice tracking

Hi there,

I’m looking at the preview of mAirList v4.2 and wondered if it is possible to configure remote voice tracking (i.e. over the internet), and if there’s a recommended or best way to achieve this?

I can set up a PostgreSQL database, and can see mAirList DB Internet Client in the Configuration window.

Thanks,

James

mAirListDB Internet Sharing is an experimental feature which is currently undergoing a closed betatest.

Once it is ready for production, you will be able to perform voice tracking remotely, yes.

Hi Torben, any news on this.

I have just written an article about this subject (although retired from radio and using different software) so would like to see how mAirList accomplishes the task.

Kind Regards tony

The mAirListDB server functionality has been available since v4.2. There are a couple of people who already use it successfully, including uploading of voice tracks.

You currently need a Pro Studio version for the server.

Perhaps a user could write up the process and paste a link or the article here. I have no need than curiosity.

Kind Regards Tony
