Is it possible to have a different progress bar color for each player in the playlist? I entered these settings in the ini file, but it doesn’t work

Since PlayerName isn’t a selector in the context of the playlist, that probably won’t work.

Besides, you’re already using the Playing selector, and I don’t think combining two selectors would make much sense.
