When loading Cue Editor to prefade a track, it will not play.

Has been working previously and no settings have been changed.

Any advice / anyone had similar issues?

You mean you click play, but nothing happens? Time doesn’t advance?

Check if the audio device assignment in the config is still correct. There is a chance that Windows mixed up the DirectSound devices.

Yes, when play is pressed the time doesn’t advance. All of the audio settings are as they should be

Can you please confirm that you have

a) not changed any audio hardware (including moving adapter cards to a different slot inside the PC, or moving USB devices to a different physical USB connector) and
b) not changed the drivers for any audio device (including any updates done by Microsoft Update) and
c) not changed operating system (say, from XP to Win7)?

This is usually caused by a problem with the audio driver (that doesn’t request any data from mAirList).

We’ve gone back to Windows 7 after having a number of issues on Windows 8 and it has solved the problem.
