My name’s Serge Simon, I’m a tech and we’re running a small local radiostation in Luxembourg.
Currently we’re moving to a new studiosoft that is based on rotationlists and in order to use the whole mp3 repository during the liveshows I’m currently investigating if mAirList would fit in here.
OK, I just began using the Soft (Version 3) as of this afternoon, so don’t beat on me
What i’d like to achieve is to have a NowPlaying script that writes to the same file as the other soft we’re using in the same format.
I get the script working as required, just the GetOnAir does not seem to work as intended.
I only want mAirList to write to this file when On-Air button is selected.
So the script returns me the following error when using the Event.GetOnAir :
Unknown identifier ‘GETONAIR’
looks to me that something’s changed in Version 3…
Any hint would be highly appreciated.
Be sure to uncheck “always ask before opening this file” in the warning dialog when you open the .chm file for the first time. Otherwise the embedded HTML help pages will not be displayed. (“Security feature” of Windows.)
“CHM” means “compiled HTML help”. It’s actually an archive with a set of HTML files and a menu. The help viewer uses Internet Explorer internally to display the pages. When the “always ask” option is checked, Internet Explorer regards the HTML files as being from a “dangerous zone” and won’t display them. The same thing happens when you put the CHM file onto a network drive.
