On 31 Dec the playout worked well, but since 1 Jan, every playlist look like this and there is no playout. What have I done?

did you change anything regarding of the hour templates settings?
TBO it’s hard to guess what has happened by just viewing this small bit of a playlist. Would be interesting if you have set any back-timed elements and if there are any underrun warnings.
Would you be so kind to post another full screenshot of the playlist AND a screenshot of the actually used hour template?

Here is the hours template - and it looks like the problem is there, as it doesn’t accumulate the minutes of each segment. And I really do not remember changing anything - but I guess I did…
Yes, it is and you can quickly solve it. 
Your hour template starts end ends at the same second.
So mAirlist can’t do any planning because you told it that this specific hour should be only zero seconds long 
This results in playlist that start exactly at i.e. 09:00:00 and ends at 09:00:00.
Just change this time to 01:00.00 → the amount of duration you give mAirlist for planning this hour:
