Hello, now and then we have an issue that the news just stops playing in the middle of the track. 3 min prior to the toth it is downloaded. The file on de server is ok - the file on the local pc is ok - but it still just freezes. When logging onto this pc you just hit next and the software continues. Any suggestions? Kind regards,

I’m not really sure; maybe it has something to do with an option which was not available in v5. Will discuss that with Torben to figuere it out.
It happend again this morning @ 8 o clock. Mair stopped playing the file and just waited.
UliNobbe, we still have this issue (like clockwork every tuesday @ 14h). Anybody a idea why this can happen?
The only thing I can say is that there was no relevant change from v5 to v6 regarding this issue.

It just stops playing. No popup or error message . When you press to start teh next song it starts without a glitch.

Hm… in this situation the track is already prebuffered (exception: you have set “do not prebuffer”) in the item properties.
All the cue points are removed. Do not Pre Buffer is checked. Works 99% of the time exept the tuesday @ 14h… (okay it happens sometimes on another day but that one is almost every week).
