Whilst playing with 4x demo I have added by itunes database. All the music on my itunes database is on a separate server (\server\audio\music…). When I drag a song into a playlist, it errors. On closer inspection the path shown in properties “File Name /URL:” field is shown as \server\audio\music…
When I manually change this in the properties this change isn’t reflected unless I change the position in the playlist.
The same file works fine when I search and insert from my mairlist mssql database.
Is this a genuine bug or something to do with my setup? Also would it be possible to include a query button for when such details are changed - to save me from moving items up and down the playlist?
You mean that the double backslash is converted into a single one? That is weird. I have to check that.
Changes to the filename aren’t reflected until the player is reloaded. If you have Auto Load enabled, you can also use the Close button in order to close and reload the player.
