Looking at the Mix Editor, there seems to be some buttons missing above the ‘play, pause etc’ section. Empty boxes. Is this supposed to be like this? It seems something should be there.

Hi, welcome to the forum. 
Just click the item of your choice and they will appear.
It’s designed to “click and move” the text in the icons to set markers for Fade In, Hooks, “Start Next” etc.
mAirList first needs to know which element should get the markers so you need to select them first.

AH! LOL! I can’t believe I didn’t notice this, but to be fair it’s not really documented anywhere. But now I see how it works. I wish mAirList had a proper documentation/manual for v7.
