The Base Files ZIPfile dated 17 Nov 2008 contains two copies of the sqlite3.dll file.
The older version (date 18 June 2007) is in the mAirList directory within the ZIPfile; the newer version (date 17 Nov 2008) is in the ‘root’ of the ZIPfile.
Presumably the intention was to replace the older DLL (within the ZIPfile) with the newer DLL?
