mAirlist File Tagger

Hi everybody,

playing around with the demo version of mAirlist, and having a question.
when I install mArlist on my studio computer, is it then possible to use the File Tagger on a laptop with the same one licence?

Hello Roel,

since mAirList is normally “bound” to your PC via Hardware-ID, this is not possible.
However, you can use mAirList on different PCs when you let us transfer the license on a USB-Dongle.

This won’t work, when you want to manage a database on your playout-PC from your Laptop.
1 PC = 1 mAirList license. :wink:

For now I will use my Studio PC and later perhaps the USB-Dongle solution.

I am a DJ, not a technician :slight_smile:

I’ve been a (mobile) dj before and started internet radio parallel in the late 90’s.

Today I would use mAirList for background music, lounges, bars etc. so I don’t need to take the big Pioneer case with me (2* CDJ, 1* DJM, not working on controllers).
