We’ve just upgraded from 5 to 6. I’m in need of some guidance.

I use a playlist that handles the news commands in automated hours. The playlist loads and the channel mute and unmute works

However there no actuall news audio.

The feed plugs straight into the playout PC sound card,

Version 5 had in the "Live Feed Tab, Recording Device, select the input the news was in (Name of device used )then a command in playback tab to UNMUTE the feed when needed and MUTE again afterwards

in Version 6 the above commands still work and the set times, I’ve just no audio. When I’m in recording Devices There’s a list Recording Device Live input 1 through 8… The Card itself is getting audio I can see it working in device manager.

I think I’ve got it. However its 3.15 AM in the UK I’m not staying up to check

I can confirm its working. We have multiple studios. It looks like you can now set the live feed for each studio, rather than having to change the settings for what ever studio is on auto

If I’m right this is a terrific change , a detail we longer have to bother about
