Yes, it is possible to change pretty much anything in mAirList. However, the Layout Designer is precisely that: it allows you to move the various GUI objects around within the window, resize them, etc.
To change colours and so on, you need to use a skin.ini file. I suggest you download my user manual for v3.1 from here: http://download.mairlist.com/mAirList/v3.1/doc/en/
and then check out section 8.1 which explains all this.
Note that MOST of the v3.1 manual applies to v4.x, except for the Tag Editor, which is replaced by the Cue Editor in v4.x (which does similar things).

Thanks, of course, still browse through manual, but the effect is bad
For starters I want to change all the backgrounds and borders to # FFFFFF, then I want to change pictures and buttons at the end of everything put together properly. We have a strange situation in the studio hardware and Producers complain about the inconvenience;)
