The top bar of the cartwall is a bit too wide (see image).
I don’t need the NEXT button.
Is there a way to make this smaller or even remove the NEXT button?

If you work on a skin, take the wili skin reverence as guide.
There you find this. The cartwall toolbar can be adjusted through the [CartwallToolbar] section. For the settings, see section Button toolbars above. The IDs of the available buttons/elements in the toolbar are:
