For example we have a few Christmas jingles we would like to include in automation, and at the weekends we have two different sets of jingles one set is a dry voice over the other is produced we would like the dry one to play every four songs & the produced jingle to play every four songs

Yes, this is very possible.
For this, you can use the Hour Grid, in the tab Scheduling (see attachment). Here you can slect on which days, during which hours a file can be selected by the Mini Scheduler. In this example only during Saturday and Sunday.
Here you can also select during which period (e.g. Christmas Holidays) the file is allowed to be selected.
When the file is played (e.g. every 4 songs) is determined in your Hour Template.

with this software you can everything else but run jungles automatically
