Is there an option to add a mountpoint to the internal server?

We have a test setup with the internal streaming server that requires a mountpoint. IP adress and port only (like 192.168.xxx.xxx:8000) will not work. The client expects something like this: 192.168.xxx.xxx:8000/stream.mp3

An Icecast setup for this purpose would be a little overkill.

The internal streaming server uses the Shoutcast v1 protocol which does not support mount points, and also only a single stream per port.

Thank you.So we installed Icecast which is not too difficult for a basic streaming system.
