Importing commercial audio files

Once the Database auto importer software has imported an item, the file is moved and the original file is deleted.
In 99% of cases this is certainly a good option.
However, there is a software package that schedules commercials that is currently testing a new version from a cloud basis. As soon as someone places a spot, it is sent via the internet to the broadcast PC and placed in a specific folder. This folder and file are then used to generate the playlists.

My question is whether the Database auto importer could work with a folder and look at the new items in it, import them, but not move or even delete the files.
If the file is moved and deleted, playing the commercials will not be possible due to missing the scheduled file.

Or is there another good solution available to automate this within mAirlist?
