Our DJs often ask how they can view the latest additions to our music library in Mairlist. For instance, when creating a new playlist for their show, it would be helpful to see the new songs that our music manager has added to the library. Is there an easy way to view the latest additions?

Solution: Show the internally ID or/and Date Added as a Column and sort by ID or by Date Added to see the latest additions on top of the list.

Why not create a new virtual folder called ‘New music’?
When the music manager ads new songs he can simple move the music in there. If he empties and update the folder weekly, the dj’s can easily see wich music was added that week. It’s not that much work since the music manager is importing and moving songs anyway.
