Hello Torben

How can we make the play read by an external encoder. We had some problems with the mAirlist encoder, it causes buffers from time to time. With the radio caster we do not have problems with it. Only we can no longer read the playlist, we have a solution for this?

You can update the current song title on the Shoutcast/Icecast server directly from within mAirList, even when not using the internal encoder. (mAirListConfig -> Logging -> Shoutcast/Icecast)

Ok thanks. But small question , how do i set this up . My streaming ip number and than the shoutcast output port? 8001 . Do i need to start up mAirlist again?

I had made just in case a screenshot . i’m not sure i doid the right thing , i do not see anything happens on my internet tuner

You must enter something as the log format, e.g. “%a - %b” for “artist - title”.

And the password needs to be the admin password, not the source password.

If it still doesn’t work, put “http://” in front of the URL.
