Due to installation of version 5 we have some problems with our older version of the database required version 20 current version 21 and i cannot upgrade please help out
You cannot share the database between v4 and v5.
Yes i downgrade it to version 4 again now i have these problems , what can i do about this please can you help out?

You can downgrade the software, but it is not possible to downgrade the database. You must use a backup - hope you have one
