I am almost ready to switch from computers and my question is:
How long will mAirList keeps runing on the old computer when the FTDI Dongle is removed? (i want to minimize downtime)
Hi Ferry,
according to the terms and conditions you are not allowed to use the same dongle license for more than one PC at a time and termination can happen at any time without the inserted dongle.
To avoid a terminated mAirList just use a demo installation of mAirList instead.
30 days should be enough to install and get it run. Then change the demo license to the one of the dongle.
That is what i am doing at the moment.

Don’t you have an emergency playlist you could play for three minutes at midnight while switching without a surprise?
I don’t know how often mAirList will check if your license is still valid and the dongle inserted (and if I would know I wouldn’t tell it publicly 
)

Hmmm I inserted the dongle and activated but it is still showing Trial.
Did you close the playout app and ALL other apps like the dbserver, Auto-Importer etc. before deleting the test license and activating the dongle?
I was not aware you could remove the trial License,
Also per accident I did an Initialize on the Dongle.
So for now I am on a emergency activation and Torben is mailed the Dongle ID.
