A new (to me!) program which does the same pitch and tempo changing as mAirList (it also uses the BASS engine ;)) is to be found here:

Note that this program requires .NET Framework 4 to be installed first; but on the plus side, it also does other things: like flanging, EQ, looping, echo, reverb, etc.
(later …) Having tried the effects on offer, I wouldn’t say that ProTools have anything to worry about (!). The effects provided are generally just embarrassing, though the Distortion plugin is not totally horrible.

Audio Pitch And Shift can save the results of your tweaking, and you may also find it a handy tool to experiment with pitch and tempo settings prior to making the same changes in your mAirList database (or in items’ Properties).
