Correct. And the same applies for any other format on this page:
http://www.un4seen.com/bass.html#addons

… such as ALAC, APE, Speex, Musepack … (you need to scroll down to see some of these).

HOWEVER, note that when it comes to WMA, the add-on won’t play most/all WMA files. This is because it would cost Torben about €1000 (if I recall) to buy the licence to do that.

Also note that you will have to go into config, Browser and add the file extension(s) to Additional File Extensions, separated by spaces, if you want those files to show up in there. For example, to add flac and mus files to the Browser etc., you would type:
flac mus
into the Additional File Extensions text box.

I can confirm both Timo and Cad’s posts… I’ve just done it with a none-FLAC config of mAirList.

Download the BASS FLAC DLL, add the file extensions in mAirListConfig and you’re good to go with .flac files in mAirList :slight_smile:

FYI, there’s no need to register the file extensions for formats added through BASS plugins, mAirList will do that for you when it loads the plugin.

Just a quick comment on this:

The plugin does not play files which are DRM protected. Unprotected files play fine.

Adding DRM support would involve tons of paperwork, and buying an expensive software certificate so that Microsoft can send me a signed/encrypted library.
