I have been setting the que points in the file tagger and I found out that if I search for the track in the Database Search and double click it to add it to the playlist, that the que points are not there (I’ve tried more files).
When I double click it in the playlist and I do a Re-read File Tag in Export, the que points are back. Does someone know the solution for this problem?
I’m using Mairlist 5.0.
Then don’t use the the File Tagger but rather the mAirListDB Library to edit the metadata.
Because when a file is in the mAirListDB library, all metadata is only managed in the database, and the MMD or file tags are not used anymore. (That’s the whole point of the mAirListDB Library, having all metadata in one place.)
Oke thanks I’ll do that from now on.
What I don’t understand is why I can’t find them in the database, in the File Tagger I saved the audiofiles to the database too.
Is there an easy way to get them in the database or do I need to open all files in the mAirlistDB libary? I already set the que points of 1800 audiofiles :-\
You can select the files in the Library (Shift + Mouse, or Ctrl+A for all files in the selected folder), right click, Mass Edit, then “Re-Read File Tag”.
