Extra option in the mix editor

Hello Torben

I have a question whether in the future is an additional option for mAirlist zegmaar in the mix editor you an mp3 song speek jingle followed by MP3 song and followed by a sweeper in the ramp of the song can be placed. Or is this already possible

Yeah, will be a nice feature…actually this can be done manually using anchor cue trick, correct me if im wrong Torben… 8)

For this we are using special jingles: 30 seconds of silence followed by a sweeper. Insert the jingle in between the two songs, manually (in the mix-editor) aligne the end of the sweeper with the ramp, then adjust the beginning of the second song with the first. Works great this way.

Got some questions from people, therefor a little explanation:

  1. Make sure your jingle is as shown in the first picture: Only Cue Out should be set.
  2. Insert the jingle manually in between the two songs. Open the three items in the mix-editor. (2nd picture)
  3. Drag the second song to the left so the ramp alignes with the end of the jingle. (3rd picture)
  4. Drag the jingle AND the second song to the left so the Start Next from the first song alignes with the Cue In of the second song. (4th picture) This can be done by left-click and hold in the jingle itself.

Test in the mix-editor, save the mix-editor and save the playlist.
