External Streaming source issue

Still we have the following issue with the external streams that we recieve the error
Bass_StreamCreateURL:can’'t open the file (Bass Error 2)

Tested the stream url http://www.radiosvh.com/radiosvh.m3u

This is working in Winamp/Windows media.

This happens when we want to set up the playlist in the database editor

The strange thing is that when you are putting the stream in to the main playlist it plays. Only in the database editor it will not what is realy strange to me

Is that on the same computer?

I don’t have access to high-speed internet right now and for the next days to come, so I cannot try it myself.
