'Error starting encoder process' when trying to import and convert

The following error comes up when I try to import and convert a file into mAirList 4.3: Error starting encoder process lame -m j -r --bitwidth 16 -s 44.1 -b 192.

Once I untick the ‘Convert’ box, everything runs smoothly. Any idea what it could be?
