Error messages in V7.0

Hi,
I am getting some error messages at startup of V7.0

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-23T07:25:23.854”,“Message”:“Error loading cart player 26: Unknown audio routing node ID: Cartwall_26_OnAir”,“Level”:“Error”}

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-23T07:25:23.884”,“Message”:“Error loading cart player 18: Unknown audio routing node ID: Cartwall_18_OnAir”,“Level”:“Error”}

I cannot find out that this error is about, and I do not have that many Cattwall players. I have a cartwall with 16 players, and that works fine, and all my audio rootings seems to be configured correct.

I do also get another error message ramdomly.

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-23T07:25:36.209”,“Message”:“Error writing log entry into database Database: [FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: database is locked”,“Level”:“Error”}

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-24T00:00:00.117”,“Message”:“Error writing log entry into database Database: [FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: database is locked”,“Level”:“Error”}

Everything else in V7.0 seems to work for me. I am playing nonstop database items.

Please help with these errors.
Regards. Martin.

Got this message today.

I also got these two errors after restart of mAirlist 7.0

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-25T16:00:00.133”,“Message”:“Error creating playlist cache file C:\ProgramData\mAirList\7.x\PlaylistCache\{05549F0C-40C4-42C7-878E-9602C3EEAF38}\1\2022-04-25-20.mlp: [FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: database is locked”,“Level”:“Error”}

How do I unlock my database to avoid the database errors?
Do I have to un-install V7.0 again and reinstall, to avoit these errors?

Today I have tried to re-load the configuration from V6.3

I am still getting the errors below at startup. How can I resolve these errors on cartwall players, that to my knowlwdge do not exist on my system?

Regards. Martin.

I am aparently still getting the Database error.

{“Timestamp”:“2022-04-26T10:00:00. 80”,“Message”:“Error writing log entry into database Database: [FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: database is locked”,“Level”:“Error”}

Can anyboddy tell me if these errors are bugs in the V7.0 software release or if it is something I am suppose to debug in my comfiguration?

Regards. Martin.

Hi mAirlist team.
I am surprised that no-one can/will answer on my questions regarding error messages after upgrading to mAirlist V7.0 It was my hope that you were interested in feedback and would support on the V7.0 release. In general I am very happy with V7.0, but I do not like error messages that I do not understand and cannot find a solution for by my self. I have spend hours on trying to find out why I am getting these errors. There seems to be NO help in the support WIKI, related to V7.0
Can I get support here or do I just have to wait for the next patch release to see if it solves it?
I will most likely go back to V6.3 again if the errors continues.
Regards. Martin.

Hi martin,

At this momenr al ot of people do have holiday, so maybe this makes the responces some slower.
Please have patience.
I assume u are working with a local db file?
A few possibilities can be;
The local database file perhaps can be accesed by another running instance? A networked mysql database can be acceses by several instances at the time, a local database can give problems when more instances are trying to acces it at the same time.
Or your issue can be caused by a antivirus software wich is blocking the file for accesing. (I searched for your error in google and i found several posts that bitdefender could cause this issue.)

You can try these things, if they don’t work let it know,but please be patience. Perhaps the official mAirlist team will have a look after holiday.

Hi,
Thanks for answer.
I am using a local db file, but nothing else should be accessing that db file. I am using Norton anti virus. I have never had that problem in V6.x
I will see if the mAirlist team answers after their vacation.

Can you please post a screenshot of your Audio Device Assignment?
Especially the one from the Cartwall.

Did you Upgrade from Version 6 or is it a fresh Version 7 installation?
Have you seen any Windows Updates recently?

I have not made any updates to windows 10 recently. mAirlist 6.3 is still running without any problems.
After purcacing the V7.0 upgrade I installed V7.0 and installed the licence key.
Then I opened V7.0 and imported the settings from V6.3 and imported and upgraded the database for V7.0
I will make a screenshot of my Audio rooting for Cartwall later today.

Probably the conversion auf the Audio Settings went wrong. It could help to remove the devices.ini from the configuration folder, than go to the mAirlist configuration and do the assignment manually as it was in Version 6.

Will it then create a new devices.ini file ?

My devices.ini file contains this.

I cannot see which other applications that should freeze the db. Any other who are experiences this?

I cannot find any ini file with referende to the Cartwall items that I get errors on. Why is it trying to load something which is not in the configuration?

Will it help if I uninstalls V7.0 and re-installs again?

No it will not help, because the configuration files will probably remain
The file is named device.ini and contains all Sound Card information.
