A question, how can i set that tracks that play in the assist mode the follow 6 ours not can be played? This so i can not run the same tracks in 6 hours.

You can’t, this can only be done in Automation Mode.
This is actually part of the scheduling process (track separation in the Mini Scheduler settings). But there is no mechanism in the playout that would keep you from playing a track “too early”.
