Is there a way to change the date settings in the “last scheduled” and “next scheduled” columns in the database from month/day/year to day/month/year?
I think (I may be wrong!) that those date formats depend on the date formats in your PC’s Regional and Language Options settings, which you’ll find in the Control Panel on your PC.
If I am wrong, I’m sure Torben will be here soon to correct me.

Absolutely correct.
I thought that was the case, those settings are correct in dd/MM/yyyy and show everywhere else ok. Changed them from UK to US and changed back, seems to have done the trick in the database.
Yes, that’s a known bug in Windows. Sometimes the locale settings exposed to the installed applications are incorrect, and you have to switch the regional settings back and forth to make it work.
